Will I be unable to use the app after free trial until I choose a plan?
No. You will be automatically switched to free plan and can continue using the app.

What happens to my bookings and rooms when the plan is downgraded (e.g., after the trial ends)?
Existing bookings and rooms remain intact. However:- Bookings: If you exceed the limit of your new plan, you can't make new bookings until you're below the limit. You can still update or cancel existing ones.
- Rooms: You can't add new rooms or book rooms beyond the limit (based on creation order). You can still update or delete any existing rooms.

Why does it say "This app is not approved by Slack" when I try to install it?
This message appears because the app is still in the approval process for the Slack marketplace. You can still install and use it while it's under review.
